Community Care Support (CCS) Services

Community Care Support (CCS) currently provides the following services. We are currently applying to CQC in order to provide regulated services such as personal care.

Other services include:

- Support with shopping

- Support collecting your pension and paying some bills.

- Help in gaining access to other services

- Escorting to Events, Shops, Holidays, Day Outs, GP, Hospital etc

- Appropriate Adult Services

- Errands within Support Work

- Contact Supervision

- Assistance in accessing educational opportunities
